Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (Within Singapore)
- Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above SGD 80. Orders below this amount will incur a flat shipping fee of SGD 4. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, excluding processing time.
- Express Shipping: Please note that all of our candles are made in small batches or made to order, ensuring the highest quality for each product. Due to the time and care required to create your candles, we regret that we cannot offer express shipping at this time.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Since our candles are handmade, some orders may take longer, especially during peak seasons. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Public Holidays: Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays in Singapore.
Delivery Expectations:
- Please allow sufficient time for your candles to be crafted and shipped. We appreciate your patience as we create your beautiful, one-of-a-kind products.
We now offer international shipping to Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines & Thailand, and we’re working on expanding to more countries soon - stay tuned!
