Tray Care & Usage
Once the candle has fully burnt out and cooled, remove any remaining wax using one of these methods.
Freezing method: Place the tray in the freezer for a few hours. The cold causes the wax to contract and harden, making it easy to lift out with tweezers. Wipe the inside clean with a damp or soft microfibre cloth.
Heat method: Use a hair dryer or heat gun to gently warm the wax until it softens, then wipe away with paper towels. Follow with a damp or soft microfibre cloth to clean the surface.
Avoid abrasive or chemical cleaners, which can damage the tray's finish.
About our finish
All jars and trays are coated with a water-based, non-toxic gloss sealer, free from VOCs and heavy metals. The finish is water- and heat-resistant and formulated to hold its shine over time.
To keep your piece looking its best, avoid prolonged water exposure, high-humidity environments, and dishwashers.
