Tray Care & Usage

Choose one of these methods to remove any leftover wax. Ensure the candle has fully burned out and cooled.

Freezing Method:
Place the tray in the freezer for a few hours. The cold will cause the wax to contract and harden, making it easier to pop out. Use tweezers or a similar tool to gently lift the wax out. Use a damp cloth or a soft microfiber cloth to wipe the inside and outside of the jar.

Hair Dryer or Heat Gun Method:
Use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm the wax until it softens. Carefully wipe it away with paper towels. Use a damp cloth or a soft microfiber cloth to wipe the inside and outside of the jar/tray.

Avoid Harsh Cleaners:
Do not use abrasive cleaners or strong chemical products, as these can damage the surface and its protective sealant.

All our jars and trays are coated with a water-based, non-toxic gloss sealer free from volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and heavy metals, ensuring a safe experience without harmful fumes. The finish is water- and heat-resistant, formulated to maintain its fade-resistant shine. To keep your piece looking its best, avoid excessive water exposure, high-humidity areas, and dishwashers.
