Jar Candle Care & Usage
All our candles are hand-poured in small batches. Allow a 2-week curing period (from the creation date listed on the packaging) before burning for an optimal burn.
- Before lighting, trim the wick to ¼ inch to ensure a clean and even burn.
- The First Burn Matters – Wax remembers ("burn memory") its first melt radius. If the wax doesn’t fully reach the edges on the first burn, the candle will continue to tunnel. To create an even melt pool, allow the candle to burn for 1-2 hours (or full melt pool) on the first use.
Always keep your candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and intense heat.
All our jars are coated with a water-based, non-toxic gloss sealer that’s free from volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and heavy metals, ensuring a safe experience without harmful fumes. The finish is water-resistant, heat-resistant, and designed to maintain its fade-resistant shine. To keep your item looking its best, avoid excessive water exposure, high-humidity areas, and refrain from placing it in the dishwasher.
